These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AIGCleaner team ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide tools to humanize AI‑generated text, perform quality checks, generate thesis topic ideas, and format citations.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the services. If you are under 18, you may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security or usage limits.
- Do not automate excessive requests without our permission.
- Maintain academic integrity; do not use the services to commit academic misconduct.
4. Your Content and License to Us
You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to process your content solely to provide and improve the services. We delete original input text after processing is complete.
5. Intellectual Property
The services, including software, models, and documentation, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the services.
6. Payments
Some features are paid. By purchasing, you agree to the prices and terms shown at checkout. See our Purchase Terms for details, including refunds and billing.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Results (including humanization and quality checks) may vary by content, domain, and platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid for the services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the services.
- Upon termination, your right to use the services ends. We may retain certain records as required by law.
10. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA/UK, you may also bring claims in your country of residence as permitted by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
