1. What this service does
AIGCleaner is a writing improvement tool that rewrites AI-generated or AI-assisted text so it reads in a more natural, human voice. We do not guarantee that the output will pass any specific AI detector.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your institution's or employer's academic integrity, professional conduct, and publishing policies.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. You can run the free preview, and pay for a run, without one. Signing in exists so the records we already hold for your browser are attached to an account and can be reached from another device.
You sign in with Google or with a one-time code we email you. There is no password to choose and none for us to store, so whoever can read that inbox — or open that Google account — can open your account here. Keeping access to it is your responsibility, and the sign-in code is not to be shared. An account is for one person.
When you sign in, the runs and paid orders tied to the browser you are using become part of your account. A paid order is matched to an account by the verified email address on that order; if the same address has been used by two different accounts, the first account to claim an order keeps it. We do not move an order from one account to another.
You can stop using your account at any time — the free preview works without one — or ask us to delete it by email. Our Privacy Policy explains what deletion covers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AIGCleaner to process content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or submitted to your institution in violation of its explicit rules against AI-assisted writing.
5. Payments
Pay-per-run, processed through Creem. All prices are shown before you commit. There is no subscription. We never store your card details on our servers.
6. Your text and your data
To humanize your text we send it to AI model services, including the third-party service Alibaba Cloud DashScope. We store your submissions and the rewrites we produce, and we use some of that material — in particular which candidate rewrite you choose — to measure and improve rewrite quality. You can have the data tied to your anonymous browser ID deleted by emailing us. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full picture and governs in case of any conflict with this summary.
7. Refund and re-run policy
Re-run guarantee: If your cleaned text is still flagged by major AI detectors within 7 days of purchase, contact us with the detection report and we will re-run it on us at no additional charge.
Refunds are issued in these cases:
- The payment succeeded but the humanizer never delivered a result due to a system failure on our side.
- You were double-charged for the same text.
- A processing error on our side corrupted the output.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
8. Liability
AIGCleaner is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
