Purchase Policy

1. Service description

AIGCleaner is an AI text processing service that rewrites AI-generated or AI-assisted writing so it reads in a more natural, human voice. You submit text, review a masked preview of the rewrite, and pay only if you want to unlock the full result.

2. Pricing

• Free preview: the first 300 words of every submission are processed free of charge so you can evaluate the quality before paying.
• Pay-per-run: $1.99 per 600 words (rounded up to the next unit). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Small-order fee: orders under $9.00 include a $0.50 payment-processing surcharge. Orders of $9.00 or more have no surcharge.
• All prices are displayed before you commit to payment. The exact amount depends on word count and is shown on the checkout screen.

3. Payment terms

• Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards.
• AIGCleaner never stores your card details on our servers. All payment data is handled entirely by Creem.
• You will receive a receipt from Creem after each successful payment.

4. Refund policy

Because AIGCleaner delivers a digital service that is processed immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a refund in the following cases:

• Service failure: your payment succeeded but the humanizer never delivered a result due to a system error on our side.
• Double charge: you were charged more than once for the same text submission.
• Corrupted output: a processing error on our side produced unusable or garbled text.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Data handling

• Your submitted text is used solely to produce the humanized output. We do not use it to train any AI model.
• Preview data (masked rewrite) is cached on our servers for up to 48 hours so you can return and complete your purchase. After 48 hours the preview is automatically deleted.
• Paid results are retained for up to 30 days to allow you to re-download them, then permanently deleted.
