1. What we collect
- Anonymous browser ID: a randomly generated UUID stored in your browser. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal identifier.
- Text content: the text you submit and the humanized output. Stored temporarily to deliver your result and handle retries.
- Payment metadata: order IDs and amounts from our payment processor (Creem). Card details never touch our servers.
- Analytics: anonymized page views and interaction events so we can see which parts of the site people use.
2. What we do not do
- We do not use your text to train any AI model.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your text with third parties except payment processors.
- We do not require an account, so there is nothing to “forget” — clear your browser data and you are gone from our side too.
3. How long we keep things
- Text content: up to 30 days after processing, then deleted.
- Payment records: as required by accounting and tax law (typically 7 years).
- Analytics: up to 13 months.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you can request access to, or deletion of, any data tied to your anonymous browser ID. Email [email protected] with your ID (find it in the footer of any page).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your session working and a small number of analytics cookies. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner.
